EUROLEAGUE GRID

Who played for both EuroLeague clubs?

Find a different player for each of nine club intersections. Your answer must have played EuroLeague basketball for both the row club and the column club. Search retired stars as well as recent players; this is a club-history puzzle, rather than a test of current rosters.

01 / MATCH

Read the row and column together

Select an empty square, then search a player. The same player must fit both clubs. For example, Vassilis Spanoulis has EuroLeague appearances for Panathinaikos and Olympiacos; this illustrates the rule, rather than revealing a particular board.

02 / PLACE

Make nine scored selections

Correct answers fill the selected square. A wrong answer uses a pick. A correctly placed player cannot fill a second square, and an already placed player is disabled in search. Looking for a name does not use a pick.

03 / REPLAY

Try a new set of clubs

After nine picks or a confirmed Give up, the score locks. Free play lets you finish remaining squares without changing that result. Choose New grid for a different practice board. There is no shared daily countdown or daily streak for this league edition.

Historical scope: the player index covers EuroLeague seasons 2000–01 through 2025–26. Domestic leagues, EuroCup, pre-2000 European competitions and 2026–27 appearances are outside this snapshot. Season statistics establish played memberships; season-internal transfers are checked against official player game logs. A signing, draft selection or coaching job alone is insufficient. Historical names follow the official club code. The Fenerbahce / Ulker clue includes pre-merger Ulker appearances; Olimpija and Prokom clues also use the displayed historical lineage. This does not claim an old player wore the current club jersey. Source: EuroLeague player statistics. Report a disputed answer with the clubs and player name.

Which players count for a EuroLeague club intersection?

A player needs a recorded EuroLeague appearance for each of the two clubs within this game's historical window. Playing only in a domestic league or EuroCup does not qualify. Coaching a club or being listed on a roster without a played statistical record does not establish eligibility.

Do the two clubs have to be from the same season?

No. The two appearances may come from different covered seasons. A player can qualify after a transfer years later. Clues use the official historical club code. Fenerbahce / Ulker explicitly includes Ulker appearances before the merger, rather than asserting those players played for the later Fenerbahce roster. A similar name alone does not merge unrelated clubs. Each placed player can still be used only once per board.

Is EuroLeague Grid daily or replayable?

This edition is replayable practice. A new board is available after you finish or lock the current score. It has separate local progress from NBA Grid and does not change NBA daily results or streaks. Closing and reopening the game restores the current saved board on the same browser when storage is available.
